Dear Daniel,
SourceForge have changed the installation routine. When you download Version 9.0.0, in the folder there is no gcc.exe anymore.
Is it possible to get an older version to follow along your course?

I followed the tutorial as shown and can confirm that GCC is indeed there, you can see it here: C:\Program Files (x86)\mingw-w64\i686-8.1.0-posix-dwarf-rt_v6-rev0\mingw32\bin
It is possible you selected the wrong version, you shouldn't change any of the installation options when you download this file, it should be exactly as shown in the video. Please delete the folder and try again and if you still have trouble let me know
