Dragon Zap Education Desktop Application
These terms apply specifically to the desktop application. They do not replace the general DragonZap website terms unless stated otherwise.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dragon Zap Education Desktop Application (the "App"), provided by Dragon Zap Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, UK. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not download, install, or use the App.
License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, attempt to extract the source code, or use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws, be solely responsible for any data, files, or content you create or manage through the App, and maintain the security of your device and account credentials. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or unauthorized access arising from your failure to meet these responsibilities.
Intellectual Property

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or system failure, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, UK, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Warranty Disclaimer
Dragon Zap Ltd does not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted or be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The App and its features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Dragon Zap Ltd or through the App shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. Dragon Zap Ltd shall not be liable for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or use of the App.
Beta Version Disclaimer
The version of the Dragon Zap Education app that you are using is provided as a beta version. As a beta version, the App is still under testing and continuous development. Therefore, it may not function as intended, and its operation may be unpredictable.
The functionality to delete files or data within the App may not always perform as expected, and files may sometimes be left behind on the system. The cache files on Windows systems are stored at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DragonZapEducation and on Linux systems at /home/USERNAME/.config/DragonZapEducation. You should manually verify removal of files and data when needed.
Your use of this beta version signifies your understanding of these limitations and your agreement to use the App at your own risk.
